An Inventory is a thorough and detailed report. Its purpose is to list the items within and condition of a property. This includes ceiling, walls, woodwork, flooring, lighting, glazing, heating, fixtures and fittings, and white goods. We will list all rooms and buildings that are accessible to the tenant during their contract.

We will also test all the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for power.

A digital report will be supplied to relevant parties to be signed upon receipt.

The check-in ensures that the tenants are happy with the condition of the property as detailed in the inventory.

We will go through a schedule of condition with the tenant and we will record all meter readings.

We will hand over keys and point out all important utility controls.
